RSIEC has declared Hon Enyiada Cookey-Gam winner of the Opobo/Nkoro LGA elections as results from the RSIEC headquarters, Aba Road, PortHarcourt troop in.
Hon Enyiada Cookey-gam of the PDP was returned elected with 44,434 votes. Chairman together with his deputy Angela Anthony Oju-Kienmie.
All the Opobo Nkoro PDP Councilors were all elected including:
Ward 1: Mr Diri Adawari Gabriel.
Ward 2: Mr Justice Wugu Dappa.
Ward 3: Mr Abiye Manesseh Peterside.
Ward 4: Mr Somiari Reginald George Cookey.
Ward 5: Senibo Samuel Manilla.
Ward 6: Senibo Micheal D.P.C Brown.
Ward 7: Mr Tumini Nelson Accra-Jaja.
Ward 8: Chinasa Ruth Uranta.
Ward 9: Livingstone Elijah Joshua.
Ward 10: Mr Gabriel Gabriel.
Ward11: Miller Ibibia Augustus.
