Emohua Local Government Chairman, High Chief Tom Aliezi, has Commended members of his Social Media Team ( Team Tom ) for their Consistency in the promotion of the activities of his administration and the New Rivers Administration of Governor Wike at different Social media Platforms.

He attributed the commitment of the team to their love for the Local Government Area and Rivers State under the watch of Governor Wike, who he said has redefined leadership and governance from what it used to be.

Chief Tom Expressed happiness over the outstanding performance of his media team , which he said has received wide commendation from his friends and allies , who had on several occasion ranked the team as the most formidable amongst the Local Government Social Media Teams in Rivers State.

Hon Tom was speaking when he played host to members of his Social Media Team ( Team Tom ) at his residence in Elele-Alimini on Friday.

He stated that he organized the New Year Get Together with his media team in Appreciation of their Contribution to the development of the Local Government Area under his watch , and the People’s Democratic Party at large.

The Chief Security officer of Emohua Local Government Area, Commended the team for Constructively tackling those blowing the security situation in the Local Government out of proportion, and urged members of the team to be accurate in their reportage, as that is the only way to be reliable to their readers.

He thanked the security agencies for the reduction in crime rate in the Local Government Area, especially all through the festive period , and promised to always provide logistics support to aide the operations of the different security agencies in the Local Government Area.

In his remarks, the member representing Emohua Constituency In the Rivers State House of Assembly , Hon Sam Ogeh , Lauded members of the team for their Effort in Projecting and promoting Emohua Local Government, as well as the PDP.

He However Urged members of the team to be patient and consistent in their service to their fatherland and the party , promising that every hard work would be rewarded in due time.

Hon Sam Ogeh advised social media influencers not to limit themselves to social media politics alone, rather should use every available opportunity to develop themselves in grassroot politics.

He frowned at those using Social Media to demarket the Local Government Area and State all in the name of Politics.

On his part, the Commissioner 1 in the Rivers State House of Assembly Service Commission, Hon Arthur Uchendu , Thanked the Social Media Team for their Constructive Defence and Promotion of the Administration of Chief Tom Aliezi in Emohua Local Government Area , the Rivers State Government and the PDP in General, and promised to always support the group.

Delivering vote of thanks on behalf of members of Team Tom , the Leader of the Group and Senior Special Assistant on Information and Communication to Emohua Local Government Chairman , Hon Bright Jossy , Commended the Council Chairman for the Special New Year treatment organized for members of the team, and promised the Chairman and the PDP of the Unalloyed Loyalty and support of members of the team.

He thanked members of the team for the uniformity and accuracy of their reportage, and assured the Chairman that the group will continue to work for the restoration and repositioning of the Local Government Area under his watch.

Bright Jossy further appealed to every other Political Office Holder and Leader from the Local Government Area to recognise and Appreciate the importance of the social media like the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike himself has done on several occasions.
