Port Harcourt City Students Association (national secretariat) gives over 50 jamb forms to indigients students who are seeking admission in higher learning into tertiary institution within Nigeria.
This is a grand gesture sponsored some dignitiares including: sir Charles Wami, hon Emeka Onowu, hon Victoria Nyeche, hon Solomon wami and hon Cornell Ihunwo.
The Aim is to cater for students welfare and ensure that the important of Education in Rivers State is realised through this program.
The students association executives call it “Operation Go to School”.
The Association amiable president Comrade Emma Chijioke Amadi thanked all the sponsors and urged the beneficiaries to maximize the opportunity and always study comprehensively and effectively.
The program was embarked to reduce youth restiveness by encouraging students to key into proactive vision that will move the state to greater heights. Hence sounding the importance education that is very pertinent and perhaps a tool for societal development.
