Atiku Abubakar turbaned .
Adamawa state was shut down on Sunday 25th November 2018, as Nigerian leaders across the states gathered to witness the top choice turbaning of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the 7th Waziri of Adamawa.
Wikematics Ogestar Obiwali was fully present. Formers presidents of Nigeria were in full attendance including Goodluck Jonathan and Olusegun Obasanjo.
