Marian Week In Port Harcourt: Follow Jesus And Mary Bumper To Fender – Msgr. Boniko Tells Legionaries

The 2022 Marian Week in Port Harcourt City ended blissfully and joyous, as Legionaries (Queen of Peace Comitium) gathered at Compus Christi Cathedral for the grand finale of the 2022 Marian Week congress with the theme ‘If Mary Were But Known’.

The spiritual director of the Comitum Very Rev. Msgr. Barinem Levy Boniko, charges Legionaries to be resilience amidst societal challenges and not to be distracted, but focus on spiritual things that lead to heaven.

Msgr. Boniko tells Christians to follow Jesus Christ and His Mother Mary ‘bumper to fender’, without season.

He added that if Mary the Mother of Jesus Christ were known in the world, the world would have been a better place because she always channel every soul to Christ.

The congress workshop centered on emotional intelligence was divided into three; Married group, youth and teenagers’ group; with Lady Dr. Victoria Asiegbu, Mrs Felicia Marcerllinus and sis Chinenye Chikwendu as resource personels respectively.

The Legion of Mary is a lay catholic organisation whose members are giving service to the Church on a voluntary basis in almost every country.
