Rivers State decongestion task force.
Online Media Practitioners (OMPAN) hails Gov Nyesom Wike and his Decongestion Task Force in Rivers State.
The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN), Rivers State chapter, hail Gov Nyesom Wike and his Decongestion Task Force for the work well done in Rivers State, as he sets to return Port Harcourt City and other Rivers State city and areas to the Garden City status.
The chairman of Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria, Rivers State chapter, who is also the director of DEZ MAYORZ Nigeria, Engr. Okoye Chidiebele Flamboyant lavished praises on Rivers State governor for his proactive moves and act to return Port Harcourt to Garden City Status.
“It’s crystal clear and visible to all the good work going on in Rivers State, by the State governor. His proactive moves and act to return Port Harcourt to Garden City Status is applaudable, the Task Force earns tip top commendation, Rivers State people are now enjoying free flow of traffic” – OMPAN chairman Mr Flamboyant Chidiebele said.
“The Governor initiative of cleaning up Port Harcourt, particularly the decongestion of roads and illegal trading settlements across the city and its environs is what I called the project of the decade in Rivers State ”
“It is interesting and blissful to drive pass Rumuokoro junction through to Rukpokwu, to the Airport in 13 minutes. What this tells us is that our people can respond to directives of government without being dragged by the nose. The indigenes and non indigenes are all happy.”
“I believe that in the next couple of months any body who visits Rivers State will not remember the frustrations that the residents suffered before the new intervention of Governor Nyesom Wike and his Task force”
“I urged Gov Nyesom Wike to maintain and sustain this development and ensure that the task force are being monitored effectively to avoid the Task Force of using the opportunity to exploit and bury the masses. Task force must maintain the high degree of civility ,proficiency and efficacy exhibited so far in the course of implementing the policy of cleaning Port Harcourt and restoring the Garden City status of Rivers State.”
