Port Harcourt City Mayor Hon Victor Ihunwo Nyeche JP (Excess Power) led thousands of Port Harcourt people to the Gov Nyesom Wike 2nd term inauguration and swearing in on Wednesday.
Governor Nyesom Wike and Dr Banigo, his Deputy were sworn in to the office of the Governor and deputy governor respectively by the Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Adama Iyaye Laminkara.
The Port Harcourt city people presence was felt in the Yakubu Gowon Stadium, Elekahia, Port Harcourt.
