“MEET, GREET AND EAT” DONE AND DUSTED.
The NEW Generation Rivers Youths, popularly known as Rivers First Proponents yesterday Monday 23rd Dec 2019 held her Get-Together Party marking the end of 2019.
The event which was tagged “MEET, EAT AND GREET” featured Swimming, Luncheon and Cocktail , with music performance by Mr Holy a.k.a Wike boy and his band , and Comedy by Holy Pikin, Mr Okoro and MC Nazareth.
It was a converge of the NEW generation of Rivers youths from across the different ethic groups in Rivers State, to celebrate the end of the year together for the Love of Rivers State.
The essence of the love feast was to fertilise love among the youths of Rivers State irrespective of personal, political and ethnic interests.
We sincerely appreciate all those who out of their very busy schedules made out time to honour us… Yes, you too are #RiversFirst Proponents .
As new generation of youths, we believe that we can actually do our little to promote peace and love in our dear state without depending on any but accept support from well meaning Rivers people, hence we didn’t wait for the government or any politician to organise a party for us. Rather we had to task ourselves to fund our love feast which indeed was a huge success.
We pray that in 2020 our youths will have every reason to Love Rivers State beyond our personal , ethnic and political interests…and jettison the bitterness and sectionalism within the different youth groups in the state.
We wish to reiterate our unalloyed loyalty and unwavering support to the Rivers First Proponent In-Chief, the Governor of our dear Rivers State, HE Nyesom Ezenwo Wike ,and pray God to continue to guide and protect him as he takes our state to greater heights.
We’re New generation of Rivers youths with the consciousness and awareness of supporting everything that is in the best interest of our dear Rivers State , Just as we’re also sentimental and emotional in resisting anything that is against the interest of our dear Rivers State….because we have no other Rivers State anywhere in the world.
Project, Promote and Defend Our Dear Rivers State… Don’t Demarket Her.
