85th Birthday: Ibim Semenitari Eulogizes Father, Alabo Dr. Gabriel George Toby
The DMOMA Award’s ‘Lady of Excellence’ Dame Ibim Semenitari has eulogized her bosom father, Alabo Sir Dr. Gabriel Tamunobiebere George Toby, Chief of Toby House and head of Toby group of houses,
former Deputy Governor of Rivers State on his 85th Birthday.
Former NDDC boss and the executive director of ABEC Group of Schools, Dame Ibim Semenitari refers to her father as her ‘first love’ and irreplaceable father; as she prays for God to grant him many more days in good health and strength.

“85 and counting. Not every girl is blessed to have a father like you, Alabo Sir Dr. Gabriel Tamunobiebere George Toby, Chief of Toby House and head of Toby group of houses. You are my first love. Strong yet ever so gentle. Accomplished yet accommodating Regal yet humble. Honest yet caring. You show me every day what true love is.
It is easy to love and trust God because through you I have learned that a father loves always and is never self-seeking.
Thank you for being a father in a million and an irreplaceable grandfather to my children.
