Procedure to deposit old Naira Note with CBN.
Old Naira Notes are no longer a legal tender, as commercial banks are no longer accepting the old notes.
General public who are willing to deposit their old Naira note to follow the below criteria:
1-Go to CBN website and fill an online form to generate a code or Come along with the money to the nearest CBN Branch in ur state to obtain the form and fill.
2- Come along with any means of identification Card,
3- A teller would be issued to you at the CBN
The operation start from 9am to 2pm ,from Today 13th of Feb- to 17th .
The deadline is Friday 17th February, 2023.
