Dez Mayorz News.

The Igbo Students Union, Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, led by Igwe Obinna and his cabinets have assured Okoye Chidiebele Stephens of their willingness and readiness to participate and vote in the forth coming elections in Nigeria.

This they said during their visit in Eagle Island led by HRM Igwe Ikeh Obinna George Agujiegbe II Ikemba XIX (Igwe of Igbo Students Union) to meet Okoye Chidiebele Stephens (SA on Media to Port Harcourt Mayor) and Mazi Chinasaokwu Ezenwoye (Director, COTECK furniture ltd).

When Chidiebele Okoye asked them if they have registered for voting and obtained their PVC, they responded by emphatically saying that they have PVC and ready to vote accordingly in the forth coming elections.

Okoye Chidiebele went further to inform the Igbo Students Union that the ‘Youth Impact’ Mayor of Port Harcourt, Sir Allwell Ihunda is running a prudent inclusive government in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area and has been supporting the youth to enjoy the dividends of democracy through his ‘Entrepreneurship, Trades And Skills Acquisition Programmes’ meant for both Indigenes and non Indigenes.

Similarly, the director of COTECK furniture ltd, Mazi Ezenwoye Chinasaokwu charged the River State University’s Igbo Students Union cabinets and executives to ensure they bring all the Igbo students in Rivers State University together as one.

Mazi Ezenwoye told the Igbo Students Union to ensure they proactively involve all the Igbo Students from Abia, Anambra, Imo, Ebonyi, Enugu, Delta, Rivers, Akwa, Bayelsa, Edo, Cross Rivers and Benue State in their meetings, programmes, cabinets and executives because Igbos are one, weather South East or South South region, as many of the states mentioned have Igbo heritage and have full Igbo bloodline.

The Igwe of the Igbo Students Union, HRM Igwe Ikeh Obinna George Agujiegbe II Ikemba XIX gave his assurance to bring the Igbo Students Union together and also invited ‘Onowu’ Chidiebele Okoye (Dez Mayorz) and Mazi Chinasa Christian Ezenwoye to their forth coming Igbo week and New yam festival in October, 2022.
