Governor Wike Lists His Mega Projects In All The LGA In Rivers State.
– Gave Testimony On How God Healed And Restored His Health Before 2019 Election.
– Tells Church Faithful That His Grace Is From God Almighty And Never A Member Of Ogboni Fraternity.

The Rivers State Government’s 2nd Anniversary (second tenure) Thanksgiving was a blissful one as Rivers State Government officials, dignitaries, traditional rulers, religious personalities, all came together for a Thanksgiving at St Paul Anglican Cathedral, Diobu, Port Harcourt on Sunday to thank God, on His Excellency, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike (CON, GSSRS, POS Africa)’ successful administration so far.
The Thanksgiving service started with a spirit filled religious procession, followed by intercessory prayers and other programs.
Speaking to the congregation, Gov. Nyesom Ezebunwo Wike thanked God as he returned all the glory to Almighty God who has been with him since 2015.
He recalled his journey from 2015 elections, tribunals, the killings etc.
Says the Army did everything they could to stop his re-election but God said no and prevail in his favour.
Gov Wike also gave a powerful Testimony on how God restored his health, his kidney and liver was restored by God Almighty before 2019 gubernatorial Election.
In Thanksgiving to God Almighty, Gov Wike categorically said that he is not a member of Ogboni fraternity and such propaganda against him should stop.
He continued to assure his people that no body can impose his successor in Rivers State from Abuja or anywhere.
Nor tell a particular region that will produce the next Governor.
Vowed to resist any cabal within and outside Rivers State contemplating to foist his successor on the people of the State come 2023 and declared that he has not anointed anyone to succeed him in office.
The governor, who described the remaining two years of his administration as crucial, urged the leadership of the church to fast, pray and seek God’s grace and intervention for a crisis free transition in 2023.
The Rivers Governor took his time to list all the mega projects he has done in all the Local Government Area in Rivers State.
Says he will continue to do more as he announced the award of the construction of a tenth flyover at Tank Junction, Rumukurushi in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area and also to build an international standard Cancer Treatment Centre (with the name of the former Governor, Dr. Peter Odili).
In his eminence sermon, Rt. Rev Wisdom Budu Ihunwo, Bishop of Diocese of Niger Delta North, tells the leader to have the interest of the people at heart as he prayed for God to bless Governor Wike, Rivers State and the people with the grace to make impact for the betterment of the country.
He ascribed all that the governor has done in the past six years to God.
The Bishops blessed and prayed for the people as the Thanksgiving service ended in praise and joy.
