DEZ MAYORZ Nigeria reports that Zamfara State has been under heavy attack by bandits in the past few years.
But the attacks have heightened in 2019 despite efforts by the security agencies to address the situation.
Just recently, reported that the Federal Government had to put a stop to ongoing mining in the state, and ordered foreign miners to leave the state immediately owing to the security challenges.
Similarly, The Nigeria Air Force (NAF) have continually combed the bushes in the state and recorded huge success in the fight against bandits in the state.
Though, traditional rulers have accused NAF of killing “innocent citizens” in the process, a claim which did not go down well with the NAF authorities.
