Phalga Mayor urges the people of Port Harcourt to ensure they collect their PvC.

As the final window of opportunity created by the Independent National Electoral Commission for the collection of Permanent Voters Card’s before the 2019 General Election come to a close on the 8th of Feb 2019, Mayor of Portharcourt City Hon Victor Ihunwo JP, is reiterating the earlier call he made to the people of Port harcourt to ensure they collect their PVCs.

The Mayor said they can collect their PVC from the Phalga INEC office on Aba road by the popular CFC Busstop or they can return back to their various ward’s and collect it, as INEC officials are on ground to issue the card’s to the owners as there shall be no collection by proxy.

Hon Victor Ihunwo(EXCESS POWER)  said their PVC is their right and the only power they have to determine their political future and they should endeavor to collect it so as not to be left out in the scheme of things.

You will recall that on the 16th of January 2019, INEC commenced the final distribution of Pvc’s before the 2019 elections .The Mayor went round the city, markets and various public places sensitizing the people of Port Harcourt on the need to have their Pvc’s intact so they can be part of the political process in Nigeria.

The following are where to collect your PVC in PHALGA ward for eligible voters in Portharcourt city from the different collection points of their wards.
