The ongoing 20,000 Rivers State affordable Housing Project made for the civil servants and the Rivers State people to easily afford is gradually taking shape.
The Rivers State Government signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Governor Siminalayi Fubara and TAF Africa Global on December 3, 2023.
The MoU delineated the development plans for 20,000 housing units on a 1000-hectare plot of land.
Subsequently, on December 13, 2023, Governor Fubara officially inaugurated the project.
The governor aims to provide decent affordable housing for low-income earners and civil servants.
Now the estate is taking shape gradually.
