Omoku Internal roads.
The Nigeria senate minority leader – Senator Godswill Akpabio has okayed Rivers state neighbourhood policing. He made this clear during the 11 Omoku Internal roads commision in Rivers state.
“…Gov Wike has love and passion for the people of Rivers state, that is why he executes alot of projects even in the economic recession. I am proud of Wike. The federal government of Nigeria must hear of his good works. President Buhari will support you. Rivers state is no go area for political manipulations in 2019……Gov. Wike might go unopposed in 2019. All the PDP 40 senators are behind you. …Neighbourhood policing will not fail….”- Senator Akpabio Godswill.
On the invitation of his friend, Sen. Godswill Akpabio commissioned 11 roads in Omoku Town as part of Gov. Wike’s determined efforts to upgrade critical infrastructure in the town totaling 10.6 kilometers in length.
Sen. Akpabio while commissioning the roads called on the people of Omoku to continue to close ranks, promote peace and remain steadfast in their support for Gov. Wike. He assured the people that the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would always be moved to support the stability and progress of the Government of Rivers State.
