The C4i Strike Force (OCTOPUS) of the Rivers State Police Command led by its Commander, CSP Julian W. Igbudu and his team are spreading some heartfelt festive cheers to the indigents and needy in the streets of Port-Harcourt, by feeding and gifting them token in commemoration of Christmas and reassuring them of their safety. This empathetic gesture reflects the Commissioner of Police Rivers State and his Management Team’s humanitarian advocacy that embodies giving back to the society, aligning with the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D, NPM, vision, emphasizing care, love, and focus on global best practices in policing.
