Gloria holds the position of the Managing Director of Chyglosco Homes Limited. She got her first degree in English Language and Literature from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria and she holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Usmanu Dan Fodio University, Sokoto State.
She also went further to
acquire a master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Port
Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
She has worked in several renowned firms where she gathered experience and knowledge in real estate business, office administration, property and facility management, investment consultancy, and general advisory services before establishing Chyglosco Homes Limited in 2023.
She is also versed in complex property transactions, title regularization and perfection, and land surveying. She is also a lead property consultant and training team lead.
She has worked with several corporations and international organizations as a property consultant, resulting in her wealth of experience as a property consultant with the niche of a real estate coach and sales expert.
As a proven real estate coach, she has exercised her expertise by successfully coaching several corporate bodies and individuals on the major areas to invest in real estate and on how best to maximize profit from real estate investments. Also, as a sales expert, she has over the years successfully made conclusive sales of properties of different types ranging from blocks of flats, duplexes, bungalows, and undeveloped lands. She leads the firm’s groundbreaking general real estate consultancy for clients as she sets the pace for innovation by example.
MR. CHRISTOPHER OGECHI NWOKO. General Manager
He is a Director of Chyglosco Homes Limited and the General Manager of the firm, saddled with the responsibility of ensuring the day-to-day running of the firm administratively and otherwise.
He studied Electrical Electronics Engineering at the University of Ado Ekiti.
He is a target-driven and solution-oriented individual with vast experience cutting across various sectors of real estate development due to his background in engineering, he is well-knowledgeable in building construction, home automation, and home electrical electronics. He had previously worked at several reputable engineering firms in Lagos and Port Harcourt before sharing the idea of setting up Chyglosco Homes Limited in 2023.
He has a hands-on understanding of the Nigerian engineering and real estate sphere. He also carries on the duty of the general manager of the firm as he carries on the day-to-day running of the firm, creating a synergy between the administrative staff and the contractors on site. He also ensures that the expectations of clients are met at all times.
MR. KINGSLEY OBINNA IWUALA Secretary/Head of Admin
Kingsley studied Electrical Electronics Engineering at Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, Imo State.

MRS. IWUALA DORIS CHINONSO
Customer Service/Admin
She studied Agricultural Economics Extension at the Federal University of Technology, Ihiagwa, Imo State. She carries on the duties of a customer service representative and an administrative staff saddled with the responsibility of attending to visitors and clients. Channeling queries from Clients to the appropriate officer to address and she also carries on the duty of a customer representative.
She previously worked as a personal assistant to a reputable individual in the real estate sphere and she has cognate experience in preparing itineraries for the day-to-day running of the firm as she had also previously worked as an administrative staff at a microfinance bank based in Port Harcourt. She has a certification in the use of Excel, Spreadsheets and Power-point from MIDAS and it is this knowledge that helps her achieve proficiency in carrying out her duties as a customer service and admin staff.
