IGP’s Wife, Dr. Elizabeth Egbetokun Commissioned Office Complex In Port Harcourt

The wife of the Inspector General of Police who doubled as the president of the Police Officers Wife Association, Dr. Mrs Elizabeth Egbetokun commissioned the 12-room office complex’ in Port Harcourt built by the Rivers State chapter of POWA.
The wife of the IGP received a thunderous welcome by the Rivers State chapter of POWA led by the state chairperson Mrs. Disu Mutiat Olufunmilola.
Dr. Mrs. Elizabeth Egbetokun commended the Rivers State chapter of POWA for building such a beautiful complex, said the complex will serve as a beacon of hope, unity, and peace in the state.
Wives of the police officers were empowered with sewing machines, gas cookers, and other economical valuables, appliances, and food items.
The event featured music, dance, goodwill messages, and lots more.
The Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, while speaking to the delegation of Police Officers Wives Association (POWA) led by the wife of the Inspector General of Police, Dr. Mrs. Elizabeth Egbetokun, who paid him a courtesy visit at Government House, Port Harcourt on Friday, calls on Police Officers’ wives to advise husbands on professionalism; promises support for Police Officers’ Wives Association (POWA).
