Emohua LGA chairman, Dr. Chidi Lloyd on Tuesday led his colleagues across Rivers State to a surprise birthday celebration in honor of his Chief Press Secretary, Bright Jossy-Elendu in Portharcourt.
The surprise birthday celebration held at Merriment Tavern , a choice relaxation destination in Portharcourt was organized by the infrastructure development oriented Emohua Council Boss, in acknowledgement and appreciation of Bright Jossy’s unwavering loyalty and commitment , amid the political crisis in Rivers State.
The Mayor of Portharcourt and chairman of the Rivers State chapter of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria ( ALGON) , Sir Allwell Ihunda and 18 other democratically elected LGA chairman across Rivers State, accompanied by their personal aides attended the surprise birth celebration.
