The chief waiter and the owner of the Portland Hotel And Resorts, Barrister Azubuike Ihemeje has taken his social media to celebrate and eulogy Obi Cubana.
The DMOMA Award winner, Azubuike Ihemeje refers to Obi Cubana as a great employer of labor; who started from scratch as a private citizen, and without any public office,
and struggled to build one of the biggest conglomerates in the hospitality business, real estate, tourism, beverages, foods, and entertainment sectors in Nigeria.
This comes after Obi Cubana was called out by VDM on an aftermath development from Davido’s weddings.
Azubuike said that Obi Cubana is not a government that failed to create jobs, but single-handedly created, sustained, and continued to provide over 5,000 direct and indirect employment to Nigerians.
His statements read below:
“Today, I celebrate a great employer of labor
One who started from scratch as a private citizen, and without any public office,
struggled to build one of the biggest conglomerates in the hospitality business, real estate, tourism, beverages, foods, and entertainment sectors in Nigeria.
He is not your government that has failed to create jobs, thereby enabling lots of nuisance
Yet this single individual has created, sustained, and continued to provide over 5,000 direct and indirect employments to Nigerians.
Nigeria desperately needs men like him
He is Dr. Obinna Tochukwu Iyiegbu aka Obi Cubana
I call him a great Employer of Labor
Lousy people will never understand the personal sacrifices he has made and continues to make to put food on the table for countless families on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
The small over 200 persons I pay monthly has already humbled me
My Chief, I wholly celebrate you today, tomorrow, and always
You deserve to be celebrated by every single reasonable and right-thinking Nigerian
