Rivers State LGA Chairmen Visit NDDC Director Of Finance/Administration, Hon. Boma Iyaye.
The Association of Local Government Areas of Nigeria, (ALGON) Rivers State Chapter, led by the chairman, Sir Allwell Ihunda DSSRS. JP. paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Director, Finance and Administration of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Chief Hon. Boma Iyaye in his office at the Commission’s Headquarters in Port Harcourt.
The visit was to congratulate the Executive Director on his appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and wish him success in his new office.
The ALGON also used the occasion to thank H. E. Chief Barr Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, and the current Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, for attracting opportunities to Rivers State.
Sir Allwell Ihunda on behalf of ALGON presented an alluring illuminating electronic 4ft Tread Art with a wooden frame and protective glass to Chief Hon Boma Iyaye, depicting rays of success.
In his response, the Executive Director of Finance, Chief Hon Boma Iyaye thanked the Chairmen for the courtesy visit and assured them of his cooperation throughout his stay in office.
He also enjoined them to be steadfast and committed to their constitutional responsibilities.
