Gov Ortom Commissioned Mgbuoba/Ada Goerge Junction Flyover Constructed By Gov Wike’s Administration
The governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom commissioned the Mgbuoba/Nzuoba Ada Goerge Junction Flyover constructed By Gov. Wike’s Administration.
Governor Wike spoke at the Mgbuoba/Ozuoba Ada-George Junction Flyover in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area of the State, where he reiterated his commitment to complete every project that his administration has started, but should anyone be left uncompleted, the governor-elect will commit to completing them.
Governor Wike noted that with the Mgbuoba/Ozuoba Ada-George Junction Flyover now completed, the usual traffic logjam associated with the area is a thing of the past.
Speaking at the event while Inaugurating the project, Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State rated Governor Wike as the first and best among the 36 governors in Nigeria in areas of provision of infrastructure.
The Mgbuoba/Ozuoba Ada-George Junction Flyover is 927.5 KM long, 31.2 meters wide with 600 millimeters median thickness, awarded to Julius Berger Nigeria PLC on 19th August 2022 with 8 months completion period, but it was eventually completed and delivered within 7 months and 3weeks.
The commissioning witnessed the attendance of top government dignitaries including the governor-elect Sir Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, The Director of New Media, PDP Campaign Council for Rivers State 2023 Governorship Election and former Commissioner for Information, Mrs. Ibim Semenitari, to mention but a few.
