Dame Dr. Oroma Nmerukini Funeral Begins With Candle Light Procession, Songs of Praise and chorale in Port Harcourt.
The families of Chief Azubuike Nmerukini and Nnokam families began the funeral activities of Late Dame (Dr.) Oroma Nmerukini (Nee Nnokam) with Night of Tributes/Songs of Praise, chorale music and candle light procession.
Families, friends, well wishers LGA Chairmen and top dignitaries from the State attended the first day of the funeral.
The 3 days funeral activities continue tomorrow as follows;
DAY 2: Thursday 16th Feb. – Service of songs by 5pm @ St. Thomas Anglican Church, Diobu, PH.
Day 3: Friday 17th Feb. 10am – Funeral Service @ St Thomas Anglican Church, Diobu, PH.
Reception follows at Port Harcourt Polo Club and family house at Obaziolu Street, Diobu, Port Harcourt.
