Add Trust And The ‘Wow Factor’ In Everything You Do – Teki Douglas Moshe Tells Nigerian Youth
– Says Mayor of Port Harcourt Allwell Ihunda Has Done Well And Should Be Given More responsibilities.

The director of Doi-Teck Construction Group, Teki Douglas Moshe has urged the Nigerian youth to add excellence, creativity and wow factor in all they do.
This he said in a brief media chat when DMOMA Awards organizers visited him in his office in preparation to the forth coming prestigious DMOMA Awards of Excellence and Leadership that will hold on 3rd December, 2022.
He said that the Nigerian youth are very smart people who can excel in any part of the world, but need good leadership at the federal level to excel perfectly in Nigerian when given plain environment for everyone to succeed.
Teki Douglas Moshe commends Sir Allwell Ihunda the Mayor of Port Harcourt, on his productive leadership style,
refers him as a detribalised mayor who has done great for his people.
“Sir Allwell Ihunda has done well and have shown great capacity.
More responsibilities should be given to him, because the reward of good work is more works.”
“The mayor of Port Harcourt is a man of character and integrity.
He is a detribalised mayor.
I worked with him, without him even knowing my full name and where I came from. He is only after proficiency.He will keep you on your toes, he has vast knowledge of everything. History and posterity will definitely be kind to him.He has promoted us (Doi-Teck Group) and showcase us to the world.
We are grateful for the opportunity to build the Port Harcourt Health Care Authority.” – Teki Douglas Moshe.He charges Nigerian youth to be enterprising and add extra touch in all they do.
“Basically, lack of available jobs helped me set up my business system.We started with buildings in the villages.We put in excellence and extra touch in all we do and we always improve on our previous works.”
“We are able to employ creative young ones as staff, and all our staffs are less than 40 years.We enjoy what we do whether we make money or not.”
“How strong is your desire matters, We started this association with zero naria.
Now all our staffs, (except two) that work with us are graduates.
We are always grateful to God for the opportunities he has given to us; including the Port Harcourt City Local Government Health Care Authority, Obio/Akpor Legislative Assembly building and other projects we have done.”
“I urged the youth to ensure they add the ‘Wow factor’, excellence, trust, integrity and with God on their side, they will excel.”

He also pointed out that there are no difference between Lagos and Port Harcourt structural works in terms of quality.
Said that It depends on what the client(s) wants.
“Real Estates business is striving more in Lagos than Port Harcourt, due to importation and transportation factor.
Apart from that, no difference, it depends on what the clients want.”
Nigerians should engage professionals to do jobs for them, for better and proficient delivery.” – Teki Douglas Moshe narrated.
Teki Douglas Moshe, the director of Doi Teck Group, will be receiving DMOMA Awards as ‘young structural builder’.
His group have constructed some good alluring projects in Rivers State and beyond.
