Mayor Of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Sir Allwell Ihunda was in Emohua Local Government Area for the official commissioning of the newly constructed Emohua Local Government Cottage Hospital.
The Hospital which was constructed by the Chairman Emohua Local Government Area, Hon Chidi Julius Lloyd JP, Ph.d BL. was Commissioned by Her Excellency Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry Banigo DSSRS.Deputy Governor of Rivers State,ably represented by Dr. Agiriye Harry, Permanent Secretary, Rivers State Primary Health care management board.
Delivering his welcome address, Dr. Chidi Lloyd commended, Sir Allwell Ihunda for his leadership qualities as chairman of ALGON in Rivers State, he maintained that the numerous projects initiated and completed by Sir Allwell Ihunda has kept other Local Government Chairmen on their toes, and striving to meet with the pace of the PHALGA Boss in terms of quality project delivery.
Commissioning the cottage hospital , Dr. Agiriye Harry described Sir Allwell Ihunda as a pacesetter,an astute administrator that has set a benchmark in project delivery worthy of emulation by his counterparts in other local government areas across the state.
After the commissioning ceremony, the Emohua Council Chairman took Sir Allwell Ihunda round the Emohua Local Government Council Secretariat for project inspection.
The event had in attendance lots of dignitaries which includes top government functionaries.
