‘This Year, We Showcase What We Do For A Living’ -Obi Cubana.
Young philanthropist and popular celebrity, Obi Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana has declared that 2022 is the year he will showcase what he does for a living.
This he said after EFCC, NDLEA, others failed to indict him of any crime after several invitations.
In a post on his page on Thursday, he revealed that he established his first club in Abuja in 2006.
He said, “Established 13th October 2006, 16 years and still standing. If you never come here that year for Abuja, you never start. This year: showcasing what we do for a living.”
Obi Cubana had been grilled by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency over suspicious payments into his account by three convicted drug dealers from Nigeria, Malaysia and India.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission had last year also invited the businessman to answer questions about the sources of his wealth.
NDLEA granted him bail after hours of questioning. He’s expected to return at a later date.
