The governor of Zamfara Bello Mohammed Matawalle has dethroned the Emir of Maru Abubakar Chika for allegedly giving support to Bandits.

Zamfara state has received several attacks from bandits in the past days, the state government claimed that politicians are helping the criminal gangs.
Zamfara is a state in the northwest part if Nigeria, whose capital is Gusau, the state have a population of over 9 million people.
