Port Harcourt Lawmaker, Azeru Opara Stripped Of His Chieftaincy.
The Port Harcourt City lawmaker representing people of Port Harcourt City in the state House of Assembly, Azeru Opara is fined and slammed over his chieftaincy installation.
Dez Mayorz gathered through the South South Voice newspaper that the lawmaker has been slammed with heavy fines over illegal and unlawful installation with seven bulls, seven cartons of cognac, seven crates of assorted soft drinks and fifty tubers of yam.
Azeru Opara, a member representing Port Harcourt Constituency 3 in the Rivers State 9th Assembly, was confermed as Eze Udo the V of Rumuokokwu Nkpolu Oroworukwo Community Rebisi Port Harcourt Local Government Area, in December 2020.
