Ehie Edison Deputy Speaker RSHA. The commissioning was led by the Speaker Rivers State House Of Assembly Rt. Hon Ikuinyi-Owaji Ibani with the support of the Deputy Chief Whip Hon. Major M Jack, Hon members, Eze Upata and other well respected dignitaries of the community and state.
