Holy Shrine sues Hospitalised Duncan Mighty.

The southern Nigeria comedian and organizer of Buguma Carnival, T-God Williams aka Holy Shrine has file a legal suit against Duncan Mighty for continuously collecting millions for show without showing up.

He accused the singer of faking his accident. He said Uyo people are after him, Delta, etc, all after Duncan Mighty.
Below is Holy Shrine statement:

“Quick recovery so you can pay me my money, Duncan Mighty is faking his accident nothing of such happened,you must pay heavily for not being a good business man, you collect millions from people and will not attend the show,This time you jam rock.”

“I have exhausted my patience and it’s time for the public to know, Uyo people are after him,Nkporo youths are after him, Delta state same thing for collecting money and never showed up, please stop defending what is wrong, the boy is destroying his brand by him own self.”

“After collecting money from me to perform at west compound end of Year party event in buguma last Dec 29th 2021 which he never showed up, Duncan Mighty suddenly appears in hospital claiming he had an accident, He disappointed me twice,I billed him to perform on 2nd January again as his managers pleaded with me to give him a second chance he failed again by not turning up,He has been receiving money from people in millions but will not grace the event, I have instructed my lawyer to file a legal suit against him and his wene mighty record for failing and disappointing me and not keeping to the terms and conditions of the MOU,I wish you quick recovery,but you must surely face the music of your wrong actions and all money you received must be paid back to me in double,Those who know him should tell him to refund my money and those who want to do business with him should not to avoid being disappointed the way he did to me and several others.” – MC HOLY SHRINE.

Nigerian singer, Duncan Mighty, by recently posted that he survived a fatal accident as the car he was in plunged into a river.
According to the singer, the unfortunate event happened on January 2, 2022, on his way to Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital.

Holy Shrine though wished him quick recovery but insists on double refund for not showing up in Buguma Carnival where Teni, others, performed.

All our efforts to get to Duncan Mighty was futile.
